Intertribal Youth and Na Kama Kai join the Rainbow Bridge. Larry Banegas, Kumeyaay Elder, helps guide youth of Southern California on Intertribal Youth cultural exchange in Hawaii. The Buffalo Big Board Surfing Classic of Makaha is named after a living legend Buffalo Keaulana. This video depitcts the reuniting of tribal families who joined under the rainbow bridge.
