Sovereignty is and always has been the power of the people invested in their leadership. This sovereignty:
· Assures that the leadership is virtual in its representative capacity.
· Assures that the leadership has the best interests of the tribe at the top of its agenda.
· Guarantees the necessities of life for the people.
· Assures that each person has a pro rata share of the common resources
· Assures that he laws of respect for the balance of nature and creation is adhered to.
· Protects the tribal memberships from external invasion or anarchy.
Sovereignty of the people is perpetual, so long as we exist inside creation.
